Office Assistant	Full & Part -Time positions avail. Responsible for answering a 4 line telephone, calling clients, taking appointments, clerical responsibilities, etc. Excellent phone etiquettes and English a must.
* Sales & Marketing	Nothing is more POWERFUL than a BELIEF in what you do! We are looking for experienced sales/marketing representative (1+yrs.) who understands this concept. Right candidate must possess an outgoing personality, strong work ethic, be energetic, sharp, diligent, extremely motivated, and innovative, and more importantly be a team player. Candidate must also be good at both phone and face to face presentations, internally driven, know how to close and take initiative, and pursue new clients and leads through all mediums available. Candidate must demonstrate her/his experience immediately. This is NOT an entry level sales position. Competitive monthly goal oriented base allowance, commissions & incentives, plus yearly bonus. Job Duties: work 10-6pm, Mon-Fri, some weekends if events are taking place, Generate leads in addition to the ones provided, file daily report of leads, attain monthly sales goals, work from both home and the office, contact/visit/meet minimum amount of potential required leads weekly, close 10-15 contracts per month, establish 10-15 new distribution points monthly, and be flexible to get the job done. Must be familiar with excel, word, email, and online research. Candidate must speak and write both english and Spanish. But will consider co-pay of self-insurance after 3 months.
Special Project Coordinator	Self-motivated/starter and extremely organized individual wanted to oversee all aspects of special programs sponsored/organized by Natural Awakenings Healthy Living Magazine-Miami. This is a new department. Candidate must be willing to start it from the gound up. Commissions & yearly bonus to start. Salary based on department earnings.
* Magazine Distributors	Individuals or Companies wanted to distribute our magazine. Must accept payment per stop, own car, and be insured (mileage included in this rate). We require monthly monitoring of current points and the establishing of new ones. Different areas available.
* Volunteers****	Be a Natural Awakenings/Miami Edition Volunteer! Volunteering is a great way to contribute and gain experience and personal growth. Our volunteers participate/support in-house and special projects sponsored events, work directly with people, or provides behind the scenes support.
